Our recycled rubber bollards are manufactured using milled, sieved and graded Styrene Butadiene Black Rubber in reclaimed truck/lorry tyre granulate, bound together using an 8% ratio of moisture curing Polyurethane Pre-polymer.

All our bollards are hydraulically pressure moulded using the same SBR granulate material throughout. Each bollard has an integral steel reinforcing tube resulting in exceptional impact resilience as well as damage to vehicles kept to a minimum due to the cushioning effect of the rubber surface. All of our bollards carry an ILP Year of Manufacture Quality Control Badge.

Life expectancy is far greater than the equivalent products manufactured from steel, plastic or wood as they will not rot, crack, rust or split. They are also resilient to gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and strimmers as well as being resistant to road salt, paint, detergent, animal waste and weed killer.

Medway, Swale or Invicta bollards are supplied complete with 25mm wide reflective bands available in Red, Red & White, White, Blue or Yellow. Colour to be specified when placing and order.
